Across Nigeria and globally, we see the consequences of failed leadership—poor governance, misconduct, bullying, and a lack of accountability. Our Leadership Cluster exists to confront these challenges by instilling the principles of servant leadership in children, preparing them to grow into leaders who inspire change and shape a better future.

The Leadership Cluster nurtures children aged 8 to 16, equipping them with practical leadership skills, moral grounding, and the courage to serve their communities. Through immersive programs, mentorship, and community service, young people learn to embody our core values: integrity, service, courage, humility, excellence, and discipline.
