Hubert Ovie Madise is the Founder of the Ocean Stellar Foundation and an Engineer with an energy company. His passion lies in nation-building through education, leadership, and service. Guided by Ocean Stellar’s vision to inspire positive change and its mission to nurture the next generation of leaders, Hubert is committed to shaping children into stars who shine with purpose. Through mentorship, bootcamps, and community outreaches, he instills values of integrity, excellence, humility, service, courage, and love. Professionally, he applies his expertise to sustainable energy solutions, while personally championing opportunities that help children grow in character and learning. Anthony is the Chief Product Officer at Ocean Stellar, where he helps design impactful programs and drive fundraising efforts that bring our vision of nation-building through education and leadership to life. With a background in engineering and data science, he blends technical expertise with a passion for empowering young people.
